Received email stating virgin email account has been hacked and to send a bit coin payment. Obviously ignored request but appears email has been hacked.
Password no longer works and no success after a ‘reset’ via virgin live chat.
Just before email access lost, lots of suspicious emails from accounts saying I have requested password changes, when hadn’t.
Any ideas on how to close this email down or regain control?
