I've had no access to my emails ,virgin media account for 4 days ,wifi drops out regularly. I received a letter saying my account has bin locked due to security detecting suspicious activity around 27 April believed to be compromised.
so as instructions virus scan and try to change password !!
but I unable to access this as it says my information is wrong !! I have all my account information, I've tryed on a few devices several times over and over how I'm meant to change to no success. I've called and waited and the call just ends I know there's a lot going and there people with greater need than myself . Is this a common problem and I'll just have to wait .
