I have also had the same email and followed the process of sending it to the phishing email address  This was bounced back as mail delivery failure  so that option really works well

I have sent you may see from Christian as virgin media after 20 + years have still not got my name correct even when my email is spelt with a K

not sure what is happening but copied and pasted email and it came up as invalid address so now giving up I have highlighted the problem including not even getting my name right after 20 years so now I have lost interest it securities problem let them get on with it sorry to be so negative
