Virgin Media Connect App

When I try to login in to the Virgin Media Connect App on my mobile it won't let me in.

After entering my username/password it takes me to the Verify page with pictures to select, which I do, but it always come back with "Page Expired The page you are trying to access is no longer available"

Welcome to forums and thank you for your first post I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our connect app, what device are you using it on? Can you access it from another device?

Hi Zoie

I'm also having the same issue. I recently change my phone from an O2 Galaxy S10e to a Vodafone Galaxy S21. The app still appears to work on my old phone but not on my new S21. 

Any ideas on how to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with the TV Control app on your new phone. Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to load the app? Do you get the same error code as MiJoBr ro something else?
