Verified Virgin Phone Number??

I keep getting phone calls from +448000529406.

I tried to answer once and they just hung up on me without saying a word. I did a quick Google and a similar number was associated with virgin.

Is there a way to stop this phone call happening? I'd block the number but reluctant in case I'll need this number for any reason in the future

Never ever trust caller ID, could be VM, could be someone spoofing their number,
