Hi
I am trying to login into my Virgin money account but I get stuck on login as I don't receive any Authentication code on my phone. I had received it in the past. I am typing the correct password but still don't get the code. I also called customer service but I was on hold for 40mins and still, no response so I had to disconnect.
Please can someone help here?

@Neha23 Sorry, this Community forum is for Virgin media issues.
Virgin Money is an entirely different company with no connection at all to Virgin Media.
You will need to use Virgin Money's contact channels.
