Van driver abusing verbally and threatening

I have been a Virgin media customer for over 15 years and i am extremely disappointed with this driver - YR23 CZO or see the attached picture. My mother in law was driving towards east london through the dartford tunnel and this van driver was verbally abusing and threatening to come out the van and hit my Mrs and my mother in law for not giving way when switching lanes in traffic. If i was there it would of been a different situation but i wasnt there so i want action taken against this driver who was driving this van at 4pm towards East london through dartford tunnel. If i dont hear anything back i would have to escalate this matter.

I suggest making a report to the police.
