VPN

Hi.

I`ve tried 2 VPNs, NORD and Express, and couldn`t get any of them to work well.

Spent most of yesterday morning with Nord (Who were excellent) trying to get a good connection.

Is this a problem with Virgin?

I`m connected with a Hub 3 on

Virgin Media M100 Fibre Broadband

Can anyone help?

Re: VPN

Did you disable Web Safe or its Child Safe component?

Is Advanced Network Error Search disabled?

What observation can you share concerning the not so good connection and what did Nord VPN suggest was causing the issue?

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more

Re: VPN

Hi.

Yes, I did all of these things.

There were various types of connection, TCP, UDP, and NordLynx

Only TCP got a connection, but speed was down from 96mbps to 26mbps.

I was recommended a server from customer services to try, but this didnt help at all.

Re: VPN

Hi.

Spoke too soon.

All gone t#ts up.

Now connection is totally unreliable.

I`m thinking Virgin is blocking all of the VPNs

Tried all the protocols.

Re: VPN

I`ve just spent 2 hrs with customer service with SurfShark, who have been excellent, and tried so many things.

If anyone has it working, I`d appreciate some help.

This is the 3rd VPN I`ve tried.
