Hi

I use Web Safe, have a security cameras that feed out and also a feed to Aircraft Trackers. Any ideas or helpfron Virgin would be appreciated

See https://www.virginmedia.com/help/security/malware-alert

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Security-matters/VM-Malware-letter/td-p/4766613

"If you have received one of these alerts, it means we believe a device in your home has been infected with malware that’s sending malicious traffic to other computer systems, and could be trying to access them without authorisation.

We realise this is unlikely to be your fault, but this kind of abuse is against our Acceptable Use Policy. If the abuse continues, we might have to suspend or cancel your broadband service. It is therefore important that you follow the advice provided."

Re: VMIS60-NETWORKATTACKS-F009730804

done all that, as I said, all my devices have been scanned and are clear of malware and virus. Thus I need Virgin to give a bit more info if they are saying there is a problem

Hi @hatters1999

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

Sorry to hear about this, we need you to ensure that every device is fully scanned and to follow the advice on the communication as described, if you do this then you will be absolutely fine.

Regards
