VM Mailbox locked due to suspicious activity

Hi I fould I was locked out of my email and was prompted to change password (last change a few months ago). Ref VMIS158-SUSPICIOUS_ACTIVITY-F009856182

What does this mean? I have virus scan up to date and running continuously & nothing unusual as far as I can tell

Sorry to hear of this.

Please run virus scans on all devices, then change the email password to something new never used before.

Leave it 1 hour before retrying log in.
