I spoke to a customer services agent on 23rd July regarding fraudulent activity on my account. I was told I would get a call back within 24 hours. Still no call. I was given a number for customer care that does not exist. I have tried several avenues to make contact with Virgin to find that there is clearly a fault with the selection process on the phone choices. All roads lead back to the only option is to press 1 for a link to be sent. I need to speak to somebody urgently please. I have been a customer for many years and the recent customer service is disgraceful.
