I have a lifetime hearing problem and I have been trying for hours to get through to the Virgin team to update my old mobile telephone number. There is only so long the text relay service team will hold for me!
I am unable to log-in to my Virgin credit card online account as it keeps on sending a digit code to my old mobile telephone number!
This is all very frustrating and I just wish to update my number. Can you please help?
