I don't have a Netflix subscription but I accessed the app accidentally whilst trying to access another service on my TiVo box and it logged into Netflix automatically with an email address that I haven't ever seen and gave me a choice of profiles.
Nobody other than myself and Wife have access to the box and neither of us have set it up, so it must have been set up remotely.
I have been on to Netflix and they confirmed I had no live account with them.
It seems that this is a common issue and I think it relates to some update Virgin have done at some time. Please can someone assist me in deactivation this account as every time Netflix is selected the account auto logs In again and asks me to select a profile. I can remove the login by doing
HOME--Help & Settings--System Info--Netflix login
I clear the login but if Netflix is accessed again the account seems to auto login again.
Any ideas or troubleshooting from VM would be greatly appreciated.
Are you able to login to the Netflix account on your box and log completely out of the application?
I have checked your account from here and Netflix subscription hasn't been added to your bills. How long has this been going on,since you received this box? I'm thinking that you could have been given a refurbished box that had not fully been cleared of all data.

Please could you try to clear the cache of your tv box by doing the following
Home > Thumbs down > Thumbs up > Play > Play > Play
Please let me know if this works in getting rid of the login details. if it doesn't you may need to reset the box but you would lose all of your settings and series links but that is the nuclear option but let's try clearing the cache first.
