Unable to sign in to my virgin, password has been changed

Hi I have been unable to sign into my email or my virgin media since yesterday, it just says password incorrect, I go on to rest password but my security question are wrong! Then I tried billing details but I can’t access my emails to see my bill.......

I think I’ve been hacked! 🙁
