Unable to remember security passcode

Hello!

I've just tried to call to switch packages as my introductory offer has elapsed, and I've been asked for my passcode which is saying doesn't match. I've seen in other answers there should be a hint but there wasn't one when I rang.

Would someone please be able to assist me with resetting it?
