We are unable to download email for the primary email address. I am also unable to login to VM to check the password or view emails online as it does not recognise the username and/or password. I cannot reset the password as VM does not recognise the security answers or even last bill details. The secondary email, which I am using for this forum, is still working. I have scanned for malware but found nothing.
