Received a call at 6.36pm from this no. I agreed with him about replacing our router, & was pleasant to him. But when I refused to confirm my phone no & address-which he already had(?)-he threatened to withdraw our service...and became nasty, saying that although the router was free, I had been uncooperative (!), & that it would not be free to me. This is marketing.? Help please
One thing you can do, for future reference, is to get a call recording app on your phone. Then tell the caller they are being recorded. Sometimes even if you do not have an app, but tell the caller they are being recorded, you get a much more successful response.
