Texts from Virgin Media

I have received 2 text messages from virgin media which has me a little concerned as I have not signed up to anything. 

Text 1 - Hi its Virgin Media. To review your pre-contract docs head here:

Text 2 - Hi, it's Virgin Media. Just letting you know that the kit will be with you on null. Yodel will send you a message when it's out for delivery. To view your order details, get our app at virginmedia.com/qsapp

and I am now getting texts from o2 which is linked to virgin media, 

Text 3 - O2: Thanks for your order. Your SIM is on its way and will be with you in the next 1-3 days. To activate your SIM text SWAP to 20220

please can this be looked into?

Someone has set up a fraudulent account using my details. I have been waiting for a call back. Can someone please get in touch with me.
