Received a text to my phone: "Virgin:We've been unable to process your latest bill for this month, To avoid fees, please update your information via: [REMOVED] "
Anyone shed light on this? Don't tell me it's genuine!

I guessed that it was a scam. Does VM know about this? Haven't had any warnings.
They have been going around for months now, so guess Virgin know about them, plus posts in this forum are building up.
If you still have the text, forward it to 7726 to report it to Virgin.
