I recieved a text that appears to be from the same number that virgin media always sends information from. However, the link in the text does not appear genuine.
The text contents were:
We are unable to confirm you billing information. Please validate your current information to avoid line interruption: https://media-ecare-login.com/
If this is genuine, why are they not using the virginmedia.com domain?
