I got a message that’s looks to be from Virgin media because it’s with the same messages that notifies me that my month allowance has been refreshed
the message states
We have failed to pre-authorize your monthly direct debit. In order to avoid any late fees, please update your details:
the website they give to update details is myvirgin.ecaresupport.com
can someone please let me know if this is a scam
