Suspicious activity and blocking account

Why do they think giving me the vague information about " detecting suspicious activty " is enough? There is nothing happening here we have security up to the eyeballs and only use the account for paypal it doesn't even receive spam! The password is complicated as ever and managed by a well known password manager. Our security software has shown nothing suspicious either!

Virgin you need to be more specific. How do I get a proper answer out of you please?

Regularly changing password is suspicious activity!

It seems you're damned if you do and you do and damned if you don't. Changing passwords can trigger a suspicious activity alert and get your account blocked! This comes from a company that doesnt allow decent secure passwords thus necessitating regular changes!

Why is this the case please? And how can we keep secure and stop this ridiculous cycle?
