I have just received a text which reads.
"we have failed to pre-authorize your monthly direct debit. in order to avoid any late fees, please update your details: virgin.media-monthly.com"
Not sure if this is legit, it has come from the same number that messages me every month saying my allowance has been refreshed.
can you let me know what to do please.
It is a scam - phishing attempt - ignore it. The miscreants are spoofing the sender details to make it look as if it is coming from Virgin Mobile.
