Yesterday I received a letter stating that my account has been locked due to suspicious activity on my account. The letter also states that I can reset my password by clicking "forgotten password" during login. This does not work, I click on forgotten password and follow the steps but it all goes wrong when I enter my security answer. It's rejected when I know its correct, and when I input my other information like my last bill and area reference that information is also rejected when it can't be wrong as I have it in front of me. Can anyone assist me as this prevents me from accessing my email address.
