Spam - email account

Just received this email. I was suspicious so moved it into spam to reveal the underlying links . I am glad I did! 

Dear Email User,

The Classic version of  Virginmedia-Mail will be replaced by our new version on 4th November 2019. So it's time to upgrade, before you lose your email access once you click on the icon and login your account it will be upgrade automatically .

Forwarded email reject my virgin media - Reason - Contains Spam!!!!!! We know it does and we want to stop it.

FYI: between receipt of the spam email and attempting to reporting it to phishing@virginmedia.com the spam filters have been updated to correctly identify it.
