Service

Despite numerous phone calls my account is compromised and nobody at Virginia media wants to sort the problem including text phone calls and email. All falling on deaf ears I'm afraid.

My username is not recognised and I cannot send emails. My father's  and mother's emails are linked to my account. My father died over a year ago and I requested virgin media to remove his data. Shocking.
