My contract ends on August 18 yet I need to send back the equipment before August 9. Also, it's completely impossible to find any category of the help services this fits with? What should I do about this?
Have you called in yet to give your 30 days notice? If so they will send out the packaging to return your equipment.
However, it looks like there have been a few emails sent out in error recently asking people to return their equipment before the cancellation date.
Normally customers are supposed to return their equipment around 14 days after the account termination.
Hopefully a member of the Forum Team will pick this up for you and confirm you don't need to return the equipment early.
