Security password reset

I have forgotten my security password and can't advance with the virgin media helpline. Please could someone at virgin assist?

You should be able to pass DPA via other methods. use enter either enter random characters or enter nothing & you should be put through.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble passing security via the telephone. We can certainly see about resetting the password via the forums instead.
