I was asked for characters in the security password which I don't remember setting up. Can I get a reminder of what this is please?

Account passwords are asked at the point of sale where your details are first being entered into the system. If you do not recall the password then we can ask other questions you would have supplied in creating the account. I will send you a private message to confirm those details now.
