Hi I wonder if anyone can help? I received a letter today about my account being locked due to suspicious activity and it recommended to change my password, which I have done.
The problem now seems to be that I cannot log into my Blueyonder email to check it via my mail app or via logging into my Virgin account(I am able to log in to my Virgin account but when I click Email it just fails and tells me to try in an hour, then call 150 if the problem persists)
