Ive just had a phone call of what sounded like an indian woman.Claiming to be from virgin media and saying my internet has been compromised by a hacker.
she said are there any green or red flashing lights on the router.
i said no..
she then said to get my iphone..goto safari.and started to tell my what to type in the search bar..
it was…my 1….and then i just hung the phone up.

I have asked a moderator to remove the posted number.
Many of the numbers “used” by scammers are fake & in this case, actually cloned from an innocent Sky residential customer in London that has no connection with the scammers.
The scammers are 9 times out of 10 calling from India, using VoIP software to access our phone system via the internet.
