Just had long call from Indian engineers claiming to be Virgin - supposedly concerned about a loss of broadband service yesterday. As it happens I did have a 2 hr loss of *phone* service yesterday. My u/l speed at 34mbs was apparently low (?). Guy got me to go on browser and "join.zoho.com" for a remote session - but at that point I asked: "How do I know you are Virgin?" - and then before joining any remote session - "what is the number of my account?" The line went dead.
