Scam or possible hacked emails recived showing billing PDF

I have received emails a couple of emails one of which shows header as below.

Emails come with a PDF file referring to billing. Looks like a scam email or a hacked email account.

Virgin media <sm***.p************@gmail.com>

webteam@virginmedia.com; info@consumer.talktalk.co.uk

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. So we can makes sure the email you have received is a genuine, can we ask if you if your able to send a picture of the email you were sent, but edit our any personal details as this is a public forum.

Once we have this, we can them confirm if this was actually sent from Virgin Media.
