Scam message

My grandaughter has received a text message asking to login to virgin to verify billing details, can you confirm if this is a scam please?

No reputable company would ever ask for such an action to be taken. Draw your own conclusion. It's a scam.

Loads of text scams going round for Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile customers over the last couple of months, all asking for your personal and bank details 😠 DO NOT FALL FOR THEM.

If there was a problem with payments, Virgin let you know by cutting your services.
