Scam call??

I’ve just had a call from someone saying he’s from virgin media. Felt dodgy from the get go. He rang back 3 times in a row and ended up telling him not to ring me again. Felt strange I was being called at 8:15 at night on a mobile number. Then had a test saying my “Pre-contract documents were ready” when I asked to cancel my contract last week. I’ve attached pictures.

If this turns out to be legit then apologies but everything about it feels dodgy.

You'll find more than a few topics across the forums where a call to VM where you say 'I want to cancel' is inexplicably turned into 'I want to renew'!

Two of your images have been moderated as they probably contained personal info.

You'll need the VM forum team to look at your account and advise what is going on here and if it's genuine or not. They will normally reply here within a few days.
