STILL can’t change password

Hi,

After changing my email address last week, the system doesn’t recognise my password.
So I’ve been trying to re-set my password via ‘forgotten password’ for four days now and each time it tells me the new password is invalid because it can’t contain my username. However, these are iphone/Keychain generated passwords which BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE WHATSOEVER TO MY USERNAME. I’ve also tried removing the ‘special characters’ such as the hyphens from the suggested password but it makes no difference. Advice please?
