SNMP vunerability

Hi we had a cctv system connected. And got emails about snmp vulnerabilities.  I followed the link and the instructions. But I can close the gateway.  Can someone please give me step by step as I am confused and this is a little above my technical ability.  Any help greatly received

Re: SNMP vunerability

Hi there @WES3

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Apologies for the delay in response, we've been very busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP.

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with the CCTV system and SNMP. Can you advise what happens when you follow the link and go through the step by step instructions please?

Let me know and we'll do our best to advise.

Thanks,

Hollie - Forum Team

Re: SNMP vunerability

I have logged on to the router. I can see port 161. I have gone into port triggering. Checked there are no rules about keeping port open so I am stuck.
