Receiving my wife's emails

On our wavelength

I separated from my wife over 2 years ago ,virgin media were informed of this.

Yet I have started receiving my wife's emails. And I thought that there no way virgin media can make a mistake like this but. I can still log in to my wife's account online!

There must be a way to stop this. 

Please help

@Prince_Charming  Who was the account holder? You or your wife?  Only the account holder can arrange for the email address to be deleted

It was myself, i had to transfer the account to my wife.

She even had a new contract etc.
