Receiving Someone elses post from VM to address ...

Had 3rd letter today for wrong person to address . The previous 2 have been returned to sender...   But, clearly not getting through. The occupier has been at address since the 1960's and do not know anyone of the name on letter. 

The occupier at address is a VM customer.

This latest letter appears to be a refund. 

Any help much appreciated...
