Hi,

I am having the same issue on my directly connected PC, but works on devices connecting via wifi.

I have followed the thread  and the AS Name I get is below

Web Safe requires the device be configured to use Virgin Media's DNS but AS Name result showed that is not the case. Either use whatever parental controls the Avast software running on your device provides or configure the device to use the default DNS assigned by Hub or manually configure to 194.168.4.100 and/or 194.168.8.100. Be aware overriding Avast's DNS settings may reduce the level of protection it can provide.

Many thanks for the answer.  I'm confused as I don't have AVAST software installed.  I have AVG which I don't think is the same

AVG is a subsidiary of Avast so use of existing infrastructure is not a surprise, ie AVG using Avast’s DNS.
