Hi, I’ve just had exactly the same thing happen to me.
I’ve never had it happen with any other provider so the fact that it’s happening to a lot of people seems fishy to me…
I’ve not clicked on any links but I have had a tracking reference number from Yodel about whatever delivery is associated with this account….

A typo on the phone number of an order belonging to someone else is a common explanation for this.
