I received this message today and found I could access my primary mailbox but could not access my secondary mailbox. I have scanned all my computers with both Norton 360 and Malwarebytes and they are clean and I have changed my password.
I can still access the primary mailbox but 1 hour after changing my password I can still not access my secondary mailbox with either my original password or the new one.
Frustratingly Virgin has NO EMAIL ADDRESS for customer support, no raise a fault options on the website and phone sytem that wastes your time asking security questions before telling you its shut!!
How do I recover access to my mailbox or even get someone at Virgin Media to care?
