Re: Internet security - what do I get?

I've been trying to switch on 'Web Safe' and 'Child Safe' but both just switch off immediately.  I noticed that another user had reported having the same problem in another thread, but no solution had been forthcoming.  Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi Jwh54,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Web Safe looked into, I am sorry it's not staying active when you try to turn it on. 

We can activate it from our side - Which I have done just now - So please give it about an hour to reflect on your side and let me know if it hasn't!

If it still says "Off" then please first try rebooting your Hub & devices.

When signed in does the issue still occur if you go to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings?

I'm now able to switch it on and off when required.
