Hi all, I’ve got exactly the same issue that Child Safe isn’t working. I’ve been in touch with Virgin 3 times in the last week and they can’t solve it. I was told it was a vpn issue on a device but when I tried it on an iPad we had the same failure of child safe. Please help

From the device on which Web Safe is not work what AS Name is shown when your visit https://1.1.1.1/help?
