Hi
I have received a letter saying something about a device being used as an RDP have no idea what this is about hardly ever use my email address although I do log onto work emails via a VPN what is an RDP have no idea and trying to get hold of Virgin media on the phone is just not happening. Thanks

I believe RDP is referring to Remote Desktop Protocol.
