The response form includes a request for my bank details which, of course, VM already possesses. This sounds like a 'fishing' attempt by some third party to obtain these details. Needless to say, I declined to continue. I wonder whether VM is aware of these email messages.
Unless proven otherwise consider the email to be a phishing attempt, forward it to email@example.com and delete it. If during the send process webmail shows a Spam Content Found warning then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.
