I keep getting messages from Virgin regarding portmapper vulnerability on my Hub 3, the latest is this one:
"Please take action now: your home devices could be at risk
We have been alerted on five separate occasions a device connected to your home network has been identified as having a potential Portmapper vulnerability." (clipped)
I followed the advice early on and removed any rules that would keep port 111 open. I've scanned the port and received the response 'Port 111 is closed on [my IP address]' on each occasion. Why do I keep receiving these messages?
