Phone call saying issues with broadband

Had a call saying there was issues in area with broadband but wasn't sure I had a hub, anyone had scam calls?

Anyone claiming to be from VM, in an unsolicited call, and offering support for 'problems with your router' is a scammer.

Thank you for taking the time to post in regards to the recent telephone call received relating to your broadband service. We can understand the concern this can cause and as goslow has advised this isn't a call from ourselves.

 

We wouldn't contact you in this manner so never give details out during these types of calls. We have help here.
