Hi @RonBarker thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of this spam email you're receiving.
Are you able to re-try sending the email to the Phishing email address again please, is this error still happening for you?
Many thanks

Thanks Tom, I only contacted Virgin Media phishing@virginmedia.com.uk thinking they would prevent, as best they could, the phishing exercise. The email was no problem for me. I tried several times and received the below. I only posted on here to assist others. Cheers.

If reports to phishing@virginmedia.com get rejected it is because VM are already aware of the spam email and have taken steps to block it.
"If you have received a phishing email purporting to be from Virgin Media, please forward it to phishing@virginmedia.com. If you receive a ‘Spam Content Found’ error when forwarding a suspected phishing email to us via Webmail, then we are already aware of the email and have taken steps to ensure the email is blocked on our platform."

I did not receive any indication that VM was aware of the phishing email. It was rejected, apparently because address rejected. Anyhow, I do not care. I have had enough. I was only trying to help.
The following addresses failed:
host primary.emea.email.fireeyecloud.com [63.34.218.10]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<phishing@virginmedia.co.uk>:
550 ETP102 recipient rejected by downstream MTA. Reason:
[ #5.1.0 Address rejected. ] - CBA522934F1FE86368a58ae5f

Emails to that address would be rejected as it doesn't exist. The correct address is phishing@virginmedia.com.
