The PM is from a genuine VM Staff employee, and is one of the questions they ask for validation.
Giving your bank sort code only identifies the banks name and branch, it doesn't link in any way to your bank account or bank account number.
You can also tell genuine Forum Staff by checking <<< this page >>> also by the infinity symbol next to their forum name and their Forum Title below their name

Please can you confirm: what's the email address registered on the account, what was the total value of your last monthly bill and finally what is your banking sort code? Thanks
